This is a great chance to join a national property group with an enviable client portfolio. The Property Administrator position will give you a great introduction into the property lettings and management industry!


As a Property Administrator, you will be working alongside the Property Managers and you will be responsible for the general administration for a portfolio of properties.  You'll be taking care of tenancy matters, general property maintenance work and will also gain an insight into legal proceedings where there may be contractual disputes.


Day-to-day duties include
  • Ensuring that up to date occupancy information is held at all times
  • Dealing with property maintenance queries and ensuring work is carried out by the panel contractors and in line with any health & safety requirements
  • Liaising with local letting agents
  • Dealing with utility bills and council tax matters
  • Liaising with borrowers, lender agents, tenants and contractors
  • Maintaining accurate records on the database
Experience in the property sector, such as within an estate agency, lettings or conveyancing department would be preferred but is not essential. Candidates with experience in a customer service environment and are also used to dealing with complaints and taking ownership of any problems/complaints will also be considered.

Hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday – Thursday and a 5.00pm finish every Friday
