MOTOR CLAIMS HANDLER - up to £24,000 doe
This major insurer is one of the largest in the country and a well know “brand” name. Working in the centralised claims office, you will be dealing with a variety of cases from minor to fatal accidents including liability and personal injury. You will be responsible for validating each claim, assessing liability, arranging vehicle inspections and car hire arrangements, liaising with all parties involved via the telephone and in writing, actioning payments in line with policy limits and excesses, diary management and working within agreed service levels. Previous claims handling experience is required.
