Customer Service Advisor / Internal Sales - £14,000 pa basic OTE £23,000

This is a great chance to join one of the biggest property agents in the UK where there are unlimited opportunities to build a serious career. This very well know “high street” brand name, offering property and mortgage services on a huge scale!


This Customer Service / Internal Sales Advisor position could be the first step into training for a Mortgage Advisory role.


The duties of a Customer Service Advisor / Internal Sales Advisor include:

• Make proactive telephone calls to customers with regards to mortgages and associated protection insurance policies
• Arranging appointments for customers with mortgage consultants
• Contact customers throughout application process to discuss further products or services
• Monitor progress of leads with relevant mortgage consultant
Working in line with procedures and statutory regulations

Previous exerience in a telephone sales based environment is preferred, along with the ability to deal confidently in overcoming objections.  A background in Estate Agency or Financial Services would be a distinct advantage


This is a Monday – Friday role that won't interfere with your evenings or weekends!

Hrs: Mon-Thurs 10.00am - 6.30pm and Fri 9.00am-5.30pm
