A varied accounts administration job within a national corporate group

The purpose of the Accounts Administrator role is to ensure that the sales teams’ commissions are correct and paid on time.

Day to day duties of the Accounts Administrator include:

  • Using excel spreadsheets to input data and allocate payments to consultants
  • Reconciliation of monthly incomes and insurance statements
  • Identifying any outstanding payments due
  • Maintaining accurate records on the database
  • Collating weekly mortgage, insurance and broker fee sign ups and inputting data onto the reports
  • Dealing with any queries from the consultants
  • Producing weekly and monthly resports
  • Setting up new consultants onto the system and providing logons and passwords
  • Ensuring that the database is kept up to date

 

The ideal candidate will have;


  • Sound Word and Excel skills
  • Able to work with numbers and an excellent eye for detail
  • A methodical approach
Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
